I have written to the Minister for Planning to reaffirm my support for the Bellarine Distinctive Area and Landscape Statement of Planning Policy.
In this correspondence, I have outlined my concerns that the current proposal for a Coles development at Point Lonsdale does not align with the intent of this policy.
